Yip, that’s right – we now have free shipping anywhere in New Zealand, excluding furniture.
For furniture please contact us for a quote on shipping costs.
For most of our items we use New Zealand Post, with larger items being sent direct from our supplier via courier.
Where possible please have deliveries sent to a residence or work place where someone is available to receive your goodies.
delivery times
We are passionate about offering you outstanding customer service and
fast delivery, and aim to process orders within 24 hours of receipt of
payment, and endeavor to deliver all orders within two to five working
days of receipt. However, if you order an item that is out of stock we
will place it on backorder, we will notify you immediately, and as soon
as your item arrives we will send it on to you.
delivery of gifts
If you are purchasing a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient,
at the checkout please enter in the “Delivery Address” that
you would like your order to go to. We also offer a gift wrapping service
which includes a gift tag with a personal note from you. Select the “Gift
Wrapping Service” option at the checkout.
